Business Rescue - Methodology
We meet at your offices for an initial discussion, at no cost to you, and at a time to suit you - this can be ’out of hours’ if required. We discuss your situation and circumstances in detail, in order to establish the area(s) in which we believe we could be most effective.
We then deliver a Verbal Report outlining our Proposals, and seek your comment & acceptance. Written Reports can be provided on request.
Once approved, we undertake the work as agreed, keeping you fully updated as to the dynamic progress being achieved on an ongoing basis.
We review the situation periodically, as often as agreed with you, to ensure that the introduced measures / changes are continuing to provide the contemplated benefits, and to deal with any issues arising accordingly.
Methodology
A Typical Scenario......
Things are going well for a small but well regarded graphic design business. Then, things start to go badly wrong.
Their main customer is looking likely to go bust, leaving an unpaid bill of over £ 50,000, and at the same time, the landlord of their premises has demanded a long expected 25% increase in rent. To cap it all,3 of the primary design team are off work for a number of different reasons, and are likely to remain so for a number of weeks.
Clearly, not a good time for a once successful business, where everything seems to have imploded in on it, and the where future looks bleak indeed. Enter the third party with wide experience, and keen eye for what needs to be done, to get things back on track.
By stepping in to the imperiled Customer situation, and helping out with their situation, which in turn helps their unfortunate supplier, by negotiating with the landlord a deferred imposition of the rent increase for 6 months, and by suggesting effective remedies for the staffing hiatus, the problem is over, and the future suddenly looks a lot brighter.
The day has been saved, and the 30 years time and money investment by the owner has been fully protected, in return for a hugely disproportionately low fee.
